1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Return Window: You must initiate the return within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

If you receive an item that is the wrong size, we offer a free exchange! To initiate the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service within 10 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and the size you need.

  3. Return the Item: We'll guide you on how to return the incorrect item at no cost to you.

  4. Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we'll send out the correct size promptly.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Items marked as final sale.

Personal care products, intimate wear, or any items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
